     ·          This is my current Job at Al Huda Engineering in Qatar. I am one of the Aconex Organization Administrators,  specialized in bulk processing and provides training to the new users. The following are the other areas I am engaged in


·         Documents - Uploading documents by using multi file uploading, zip file uploading or single document upload.


·         Supersede the document by using bulk processing, bulk supersede and a single file supersede.


·         Create various search tools in document, workflow and the mail for the organization.


·         Mail – Receiving, sending and forwarding all the organization mail, create auto text for mail type


·         Create a new user – create the user name and password for the new user and manage user roles & the permissions


·         Block the users- at the time of resigning from the service


·         Reset the user password


·         Manage user account – provides rights to the uses in different fields of Aconex


·         Manage document rules – fix the format and the numbering system of the documents.


·         Manage a project using Workflows, Creating various templates and the duration to complete the task


·         Manage mail rules, transmittal rules and workflow.


·         Security with password – fixing the length and the character string to create the password


·         Create a default list of the users of the confidential documents


·         Configure mail signatures and all the overdue mail set up


·         Fixing Session time out


·         Solving various problems in the documentation process.

IT Technician


·         Assembling the new computers and installing software


·         Configure the WiFi and cabling network to the systems


·         Clean and update the system (remove the backups, update all the software, Windows and Antivirus)


·         Configure the master printer to all the systems


·         Blocking the social media and entertainment sites by using parental control


·         Control the systems by using Team Viewer


·         Supervising  network DATA cabling for the new site offices.


·         Maintain backups and create restore point for the systems.


·         Configure Outlook and create the company signature for the users with QR tag


·         Maintain all the computer details and record


·         Retrieve the files from the hard disk.
