Office Administrator

TV. House Communication, the only direct BPL Mobile Franchise in Alleppey. I join as a Customer Care.  At the time of my joining the time the company has a pools of customer problems. By the grace of God, I win to solve various problems and most of the customers were new to mobile phone technology.

After few months they promoted me to the head of the customer care and my responsibility increased to provide training to new staff regarding the new tariff and plans of different mobile phone packages.

At the time of leaving the job I was an office Administrator: Recruiting and providing training to the new staff for the office, creating and checking the reports, evaluating the performance of the staff, conducting various meetings, checking the accounts and interact with the customers.
